I reckon all the silverware is polished now. That’s some old school stuff. First time I did that was at Grannie’s house just before Thanksgiving many decades ago.
Just tell the Jarhead to stop spit polishing stuff we’re going to eat off of!
And I have something to confess.
Here are two new cats gonna be hanging out in the Qanteen. The black one is Rossi and the grey one is Gibbs. They are two brothers, rescue kittens, about four months old. We’ve had them for a few weeks in their new forever home.
They like chasing little toys on a string, eating, catnip, and kneading fleece blankets. Y’all FReeQs mind your step and give ‘em cuddles.

You had a very fortunate grandma to have had such a good helper, KitJ. The silver is gleaming! No question about it! —However it got done! LOL! Probably might be best to not use quite as much of the spit polish method next time - but I helped Mother of Dragons (and Dragonlets) do a final quick rinse of all of all the silverware items set out, so we should be ok.
WELCOME NEW QANTEEN QITTIES!
*texokie picks up Rossi and Gibbs and sits in the rocking chair with them. Their roaring purrs - rivaling the Qlock - assure everyone within earshot that they will be just fine here.*
