In this battle of gridiron bluebloods, this time the Tide won’t be outgunned offensively. But can the Bama defense stop Kyler Murray and his offense?
Historically, Oklahoma has been the bane of the Alabama Crimson Tide’s existence.
In five previous meetings, the Tide has a single win. That’s one of the worst records in Alabama’s long and storied history against a team it has played at least five times.
In the last discussion someone on this forum claimed the SEC had only 3 good teams.
I’ve seen all kinds of crap here. An Ohio State fan who was not “impressed” by Georgia or Alabama. Ohio State who got murdered by Purdue who got murdered by Auburn. That’s real championship material. Then there’s the Oklahomer who says their offense will put 60 on Bama. Game on. Do it. I’ll be the first to congratulate them.
Alabama wins by 41 points.

ACTUALLY hate OU fans. So obnoxious. 99% never went to. OU or a any college. They went to Walmart and bought an OU shirt!

I’m primarily an Auburn fan who pulls for Bama when they are not playing Auburn.
I doubt that OK has seen defenses like Alabama. I don’t think Alabama can shut OK down completely. I look for OK to score 17 - 24 points.
Lack of defense is what will kill OK. My gut feeling is that Bama wins by about 2 -3 touchdowns. If you can’t pressure Tua into stressed throws, he will eat you alive. I think a key to the way the game goes is whether OK can pressure Tua. If they can, you will see Jalen Hurts by the second quarter. But Bama wins regardless
Most experts predict a high scoring game.
I will go against the grain and predict a “low” scoring game.
Alabama will defeat Oklahoma 31 - 17.

Murray will be carried out on a stretcher before the half.
I would love to see Jalen in this game.

They could only put up 21 points on Army(in regulation) at home. Army held the them scoreless for the entire second half.
It’s going to be a blood bath for the sooners.
The SEC only has four good teams. Alabama is far and away the best. I won’t back up my ridiculous claim by naming the other four teams.
The local junior college offers a course in remedial math. Hint: 4+1 doesn't equal 4.
