Federal authorities are reporting widespread flu activity across the country
and two states (Ga. & Colorado) with especially high levels.
Previously high rate of influenza in Louisanna are beginning to drop off.

This flu is nasty. Take care of yourself. Hand washing is imperative

If I were in CO or GA..might be tempted to wear a mask.
Definitely avoid as much direct contact with strangers.

Especially hand wash after any public transaction, or currency exchange.,
and make use of those moist towelettes, if available, in any commercial business.
I have been known to use my jacket covered elbow when in an elevator,
rather than using my finger to select my desired floor.
The key factor is to be aware of your surroundings and possible exposure.
