I was an old radio DJ back in the era when you heard the EBS tones and they meant that there was a possibility it was an imminent nuclear attack on the way. When those same EBS tones come out of your phone at 11:30 at night and wake you up out of a sound sleep, it’s going to scare the living bejeebers right out of you. Just like they did to me. I don’t think I’ll be going back to sleep tonight.

“Our network is experiencing a disruption affecting customer services. We understand some customers are currently unable to generate tickets through the CTL help portal. We know how important services are to our customers and are working to restore services as quickly as possible.”
