I have known two people who had pancreatic cancer. One lived 3 mo after diagnosis, the other 14 months against all odds. She just passed in July the first one about ten to fifteen years ago so I don’t know if treatment options have changed.

My daughter’s friend’s father passed within 2 weeks. My father passed within 10 days. It can be very quick.
