Ok - that said (couldn’t resist) I think she’s been involved with a number of different UN and 3rd world programs where the distribution went through the military or at least had military security.
Na-a-a-h, you'll only burn in Heck. In Heck, it's not the Lake of Fire, just the Puddle of Fire, and sometimes they just pour the gasoline on the ground and don't bother to light it up.
