Not to me it doesn’t. When the LSM is lying 24/7, a presentation of an opposing point of view used to counter their narrative is a necessity.
Q stated right up front that disinformation is sometimes necessary. That tells me it’s a PSYOPS. It’s up to us to research and use discernment.
