Well, you've got your work cut out for you. (I know...a real groaner).
Assuming you are chain sawing them, rake real well around the base of the stump at the stump/soil junction. It only takes one stone to eff up your mood. (I hate flush cutting a stump and admire those that seem to make it look easy.)
Here's how I'd do it. The only thing you need is a 55 gallon drum full of $$$$
