Well maybe or maybe not. It seems strange to me that a derp company intent upon taking down the grid would focus on such a small company-16th on the list according to Wikipedia. (Link below).
AT&T is the largest-has anyone checked to see who owns the stock etc. for them? In addition, we didn’t see any apparent message from POTUS regarding the outage, and that seems strange, if it was derpy doings.
It could be, or it could be something else entirely. Future will reveal - or will it?

Back earlier in the thread someone (who? can’t remember) posted info about stock ownership. One holder is a company owned by Riady dude or family, long time criminal henchpeep of Clintons.
~~~~~~~~
Temasek Holdings owns 10% of CenturyLink and 1% of Alibaba.
That hardly makes them affiliates.
I am not sold on this theory that CTLs 911 outage has anything to do with DS or Q; although, it could result from a hack.
911 telecom systems are an incredibly complex hodge-podge of old and new technologies. Evidently CTL did not have 100% redundancy, which would be extremely expensive. I do not see a boogeyman.
To this comment I would add: CenturyLink has built their company picking up pieces of the traditional telephone network more-or-less discarded (or ignored) by the AT&Ts and Verizons of the world, in particular eschewing the rush to wireless everything. It has been a highly successful plan so far, at least as seen from the outside.
