So I’ve been researching on the rules for seating the next congress. Current representatives terms end noon on Jan 3-period. Seats are considered vacant until the congress critters elect are sworn in/accepted.

It is up to the remaining representatives whether to seat the newly elected. If they are elected by fraud, it’s up to Congress whether to accept them. Note-even if in jail and convicted for a felony, they can serve - up to Congress.

So do we have enough Pubbies with courage to fight the fraudulently elected? The DEMS seem to have no problem contesting-see excerpt and link below:

It’s disgusting that ONE republican used “ballot harvesting” compared to Dozens of Democrats and HES the only one under investigation. This scale is broke.

In the House are there any “remaining representatives’”, since they all stood for election? Or do those who were reelected decide whether to seat the newly elected members?
