Pro forma sessions are called just so that President Trump cannot make any recess appointments during an adjournment. It’s hard to believe that the Senate majority is of the same party as the President. I do not recall these pro firma sessions being called in a similar situation during previous administrations democratic or republican.

I agree with you, he should have had the vote so we could get each Senator on record but the same old tired games are being played.
And there is NO border security without a wall of some kind, which they all know.
The dims and CofC pubbies know that it will work too well.
“Border Patrol Agents want the Wall.” Democrat’s say they don’t want the Wall (even though they know it is really needed), and they don’t want ICE. They don’t have much to campaign on, do they? An Open Southern Border and the large scale crime that comes with such stupidity!

But Ryan and McConnell are content to let Trump fight by himself. No GOP Senator speaks up alongside him, while the media uses Trump for target practice every damn day.
