Yes, SAP stands for Special Access Programs.
These projects & programs are highly classified, and the info within them are extremely restricted.
Letting SAP info reside on an unsecure server, outside of a secure facility (”SCIF”) is a violation of national security laws, with severe penalties.

Thanks, I knew they were classified - should have mentioned it. IIRC, at least 3 Foreign Countries are known to have accessed her server - Israel, China, and I forget the other one.
