I can see why you say that, Snowybear. I’ve wondered that too about a possible ‘heads up’ warning. And that makes sense if POTUS had not clued him to the envelope operation before the funeral. After seeing the video, it does not rule out your scenario.
Z does make the case that it is possible VPOTUS was ignorant as governor of bad behaviors in the state. But the fact remains, that there is a picture of him and Karen getting an envelope, and there is the question out there as to why.
I am on record as stating that I am not at all desiring of learning or even thinking of the worst of the VP and his wife, but I am concerned about the allegations which have seemed to swirl around them. I just want the truth.

All of my chickens are home this year. My older son came down from Charlotte, My daughter is home from college, and my younger son is celebrating his last Christmas before going off to college (or the Marine Corps we're not sure yet) It appears I told too many stories while he was growing up....

My thinking on the GHWB funeral was this; it was planned and executed in total secrecy, very very few people knew about it at all. It was the most Michael Corleone move ever executed. Thus it makes sense that Pence was informed only at that time.
It also makes sense because Pence is still VPOTUS. I know if I got served I wouldn’t be able to function in such a job any longer even if I wanted to.
