Anyone here an SME with computer hardware issues?
I have an older desktop that is running slow, especially with more than one *.EXE open or multiple tabs in FireFox. It really chokes when transition to and from open programs, tab-to-tab and coming up from idle. PC is 5+ years old and sits in idle (always on ‘cept for power-outs) quite often. Malware scans show nothing. My HD is 65% empty.
I’m thinking the RAM is just simply getting tired (old) or “over-stuffed”. Is there a command I can use to purge the RAM? Or, should I simply get another “fresh” stick?

Senate’s Outside Russia Investigators Tied To Russian Bot ‘False Flag’

The head of the firm behind a report on ongoing Russian influence campaigns in the United States was part of a Democratic project to create fake Russian bots during the Alabama special election in October 2017.
The chief executive of cybersecurity firm New Knowledge, Jonathan Morgan, was one of the operatives on a self-described “false flag” operation meant to link Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore to Russian bots in order to boost his Democratic opponent, now-Sen. Doug Jones. The project sought to spread misinformation about foreign interference in an American election.
Morgan’s firm also recently authored a report on that very topic for the Senate Intelligence Committee.

They are puzzled as to why he has failed to interview key witnesses – such as disgraced FBI officials and Trump advisers targeted by them, as well as Clinton Foundation whistleblowers — who could shed light on whether FBI and Justice Department officials misused their power when they obtained spy warrants to monitor Trump adviser Carter Page;
Or whether such officials turned a blind eye to millions of dollars in foreign Clinton Foundation donations influencing Clinton’s official decisions as secretary of state.
Even when whistleblowers have reached out to Huber, offering reams of evidence, his office has not followed up, they say.
Two other Clinton Foundation whistleblowers reached out numerous times to Huber’s office, starting in April, and offered to turn over 6,000 pages of evidence, only to get the silent treatment for several months before finally hearing back after Republican leaders supporting the expert witnesses made a stink about the snub on Fox News.
Private financial-crimes investigators Lawrence Doyle and John Moynihan say they got no response after sending evidence of alleged foundation tax fraud, misappropriation of funds and pay-for-play schemes to Salt Lake City by mail in April and again in May. After hearing nothing back, they followed up and were told the materials had been “lost.” So they re-sent them by FedEx in October. But again, they heard nothing. Then, finally, they received a call on Nov. 30 from an assistant U.S. attorney there, who said he would “review” the material.

That is a good point. We expect the attack to come from the FBI. Personally I never did they’re far to corrupted. Which means Wray in Patton’s position to distract. Another agency might run the operations if it takes place at all.
There where two major promises Trump made with those that voted for him. Lock her up and secure our boards. Trump is big on keeping promises and the Democrats know it.

Trump inherited this war where we were simultaneously fighting ISIS and the regime with the help of the so-called Free Syrian Army. At first, he defined the mission more narrowly, focusing on eradicating ISIS. This too was controversial, but few could argue with the desirability of defeating ISIS. Most aid to anti-regime rebel groups ended, and the combination of U.S. forces, the Syrian Arab Army, and the Russians fighting alongside the Syrian Arab Army, reduced ISIS from a quasi-state to a ragtag band fighting for survival.
While the U.S. did engage in punitive attacks on the Syrian regime after its alleged gas attacks, under Trump it has almost exclusively focused on ISIS, the only enemy that has threatened American and European security. Where Obama succeeded only in prolonging the civil war and giving birth to ISIS, Trump narrowed his focus and effectively achieved the goal of defeating ISIS.
Having succeeded in this mission, why should our troops stay?
