I hope that Camel jockey commercial never hits the airwaves. That kind of thing has no place in our society.

The rules of political correctness are so complex that this attempt to pander could possibly backfire. PC police might say:

1. The ad is racist because it used a white woman named Jefferson instead of a dark-skinned ethnic woman named al-Rahman. They thought they had to "clean up" and "sanitize" the image of Muslims by making her white.

2. The prominence of the American flag suggests that the patriotism of Muslims cannot just be assumed, but must be conspicuously emphasized with gratuitous displays of the flag.

3. Furthermore, the flag is offensive because it suggests that Muslims must be loyal to a country that both oppresses them here and attacks and meddles in their home countries abroad.

You can see that items #2 and #3 contradict each other, but that is what happens with PC thinking.

Just wondering: is that a current ad, or one from last summer (4th of July)? I’ve never seen it, but then I watch little TV other than sports and news.

Just checked Amazon and Wal-Mart. The crunch bars still have the word “Nestle” on the front. I think these videos are fake.

Had no idea what “Fatima” was, but I see what looks like a Muslim, Female, Scoutmaster.

It made me realize that my support of the Boy Scouts is long gone, since the oil embargo of 1973 and everything since then I haven’t felt much comradeship with muslims, so, and since the ERA people came on the scene in the late 1960’s, they have been doing all they can to alienate women from men.

Dang. Can I at least hold onto women?

How can Muslims eat Nestle chocolate when everyone knows it’s made with pork fat?
