Seems to me, either POTUS or Q told us that at some point Arabs will take over action against alQ and ISIS. The implication was that HoS would gather force consisting of other Arab countries (rulers related to HoS!) to become a Middle East Army that would fight alQ and ISIS.
There is a pending LARGE arms supply agreement with the US and HoS that could arm this force.
The US leaving Syria (quickly) tells me that the clowns in Syria have been defeated. Without training, the small number of jihadi’s left will be easily quashed.
This leaves [clowns] in select (and defeat-able) Arab countries. So, watch the HoS rise up a DefFor quickly in 2019 and clear the very weak jihadi’s out. This, tho, leaves one statement hanging....

I used to read Wictor frequently on twitter; he is a real expert on ME doings, KSA etc. Too bad his twitter stuff is all gone. KSA and Israel have been working together for quite some time.
