Never seen anything like this basically accuse a man of being a traitor rhetorically and then come back and backtrack on everything good lord what a cluster you know what this is bizarre do we have any lawyers who are you care to expound on this

What the hell is Flynn so guilty of? I cannot fathom it. Judge has unredacted documents so has much more info than we do. Which makes me wonder what is the Judge actually upset about?
IOW, what was Flynn’s lie to the FBI that he himself considers a lie? And what did he do wrong as a lobbyist besides not file a form that most companies fail to file (this doesn’t rise to level of prison time)?

From what I’ve seen, my guess is this:
The Mueller lawyers want this to be dismissed or for Flynn to change his plea, which is why they indicted two Turks yesterday so they could then jump on him for FARA for Turkey. If he pleads guilty to FARA now and is indicted, it could possible be double jeopardy to indict him again.
The judge is in the middle of this and I think he wants Flynn to change his plea - Flynn won’t because if Trump pardons him it’s very questionable if Mueller can bring anything against Flynn again.
The judge headfaked Flynn in order to get a postponement by making him delay further. Mueller thus can keep this crap going another 90 days while the FARA case with the Turks goes down.
Just a lot of moving parts, but the truth eventually must come out.

Summary I read has the judge tuning angrily on Flynn and damning him as an unregistered foreign agent. This will not end well.

My take is simple:
It is irrelevant if Flynn dud something wrong. This whole thing was an engineered entrapment by a politicized IC under Obama, to oust Flynn and hurt Trump.
It would be thrown out if we had rule of law.
I haven’t yet heard what Andy McCarthy had to say.
Here’s my take.
1. Sullivan was begging Flynn to withdraw his plea deal because Sullivan knows he is innocent. That is why he all but said, “Your attorneys have been screwing you. They could have had this thing dismissed well over a year ago.” That was a change up right down the middle of the plate after being told what the pitch was going to be. Flynn whiffed at it. One of his attorney friends will clue him in about what the judge was trying to do.
2. Flynn’s attorneys have been milking him dry by stretching out the case so they could maximize billings when this case could have been dismissed very early on.
Sullivan did not seem to understand that Flynn did nothing for Turkey once he was National Security Adviser.
What does Mueller have on Flynn’s family?
