Never seen anything like this basically accuse a man of being a traitor rhetorically and then come back and backtrack on everything good lord what a cluster you know what this is bizarre do we have any lawyers who are you care to expound on this
Yeah, looks like Sullivan took it upon himself to blow up the whole deal.
From what I’ve seen, my guess is this:
The Mueller lawyers want this to be dismissed or for Flynn to change his plea, which is why they indicted two Turks yesterday so they could then jump on him for FARA for Turkey. If he pleads guilty to FARA now and is indicted, it could possible be double jeopardy to indict him again.
The judge is in the middle of this and I think he wants Flynn to change his plea - Flynn won’t because if Trump pardons him it’s very questionable if Mueller can bring anything against Flynn again.
The judge headfaked Flynn in order to get a postponement by making him delay further. Mueller thus can keep this crap going another 90 days while the FARA case with the Turks goes down.
Just a lot of moving parts, but the truth eventually must come out.
