I get these pop ups all the time especially off sites click links like dredge and facebook. You would think that Apple would have a work around to stop these pop up. You wonder what the folks who program this spam can see on your phone.
That is very troubling.
They can get at nothing. Safari runs in a sandbox which cannot access any user data. . . Just as every other app on an iPhone does. Even your location is kept away from any website unless you allow it in response to a request which will pop up when a website or an ad script wants that info. Unless you know a legitimate reason which meets YOUR needs why a website wants your location information, don’t give it.
