Aquila has the crux of the matter. This judge controls the big picture, no matter the motivations, slight deviations and jibs and jiabs of the various players.
Is the judge that was made the fool by Muellers’ same minions in the Steven’s case and had his sanctions fizzle going to allow our justice system to be the field of political warfare and assassination that the Stortzes of this world have turned it into as their playground of self promotion?
That is the bottom line. Nothing else matters in this.
I agree with that, but I’m not sure what the judge in this case can really do. This was a plea deal, not a conviction. What’s he going to do — tell Flynn he can’t plead guilty to the charges?
