I think it's good to remember Larry Kudlow's statement that the stock market and the economy are two different things. While the scoundrels at the fed feel like they are GOD and the computer algorithms are reacting to keywords in the headlines, the truth is that 4 million jobs have been created in 20 months and there are more openings than people looking for employment.

During Obama we had a falsely inflated market driven by unchecked printing of money to hand out to Wall Street at zero interest so they could by buy bonds and turn a 4% profit in a year. But, people were hurting and business was down across the land.

The obsession over the Dow Jones Industrial Average sure does seem like historic folly to me.
