HUH???? My comment was assuming that POTUS and VPotus both died at or around the same time.

Speaker would be Potus. Hence I considered Biden and Pelosi to be a type of Secret Service type protection, because no one in their right mind would want either Biden or Pelosi as President.

Further, it is my understanding that if the Speaker becomes President, whoever it is, serves out the term, unless they die or resign.
