Anon theory on Flynn
If Flynn changes his plea the prosecution gets another round and this whole charade continues on. Flynn keeps his plea and the judge is likely to throw out the case.

Mueller asked for no jail time as I recall. I still expect a presidential pardon in the end to eliminate any felony on the guys record. Just may have to wait till after the fireworks...or maybe they will do it to suck up some oxygen while things are going down to keep the press distracted.
