Her husband’s net worth needs to be looked at. At one time he owned about 75% of the rural post office properties in the US. Of course he has long term leases on them to the US Government long enough to pay for most of them. And surprisingly when the leases run out they usually need newer larger facilities. So then he provides newer bigger buildings.
