Who else has spotted an ‘airport miracle’?
Where someone claims to be disabled, has airline staff cart their lazy asses all over the airport- bypassing all the lines, only to get up and walk away on arrival?
I’ve seen it AT LEAST 3 times, and it is always a certain ‘protected race’. Just like 90% of the shoplifting at my sisters store was done by 10% of her customers- also of the same ‘protected race’.
ARE THERE NO BLACK PEOPLE WITH ANY DIGNITY OR SHAME ? to call their own out?
I dont worry about non-handicapped people claiming to be handicapped just to get a wheelchair ride and preferential boarding. Ive seen people of all races doing that, and it really doesnt hold things up. Theyre usually so fat it would take them a long time to board anyway and the staff actually gets them seated and out of the way faster.
But I had a hellacious ride to Europe one time in premium with a 40-something white woman and her large, smelly, badly behaved emotional support dog. The thing crawled up on the seat and then onto the passenger next to the owner. So guess what? The flight attendants moved the seat mate out of premium and to some other seat when she complained, and the freak and her dog got to keep two seats. And you could smell the dog all over the cabin. Finally, to top it off, the freak turns around and grins when the dog starts whimpering and says, Actually, Im his emotional support animal.
I think these fictional emotional support animals shouldnt be allowed at all, and I congratulate Delta on at least taking this step to control the situation.
Also known as the Jetway Jesus phenomenon.
Please note that not everyone in an airport wheelchair cannot walk. Some are weak people who can walk just fine to the car from the entrance, but the very long walk inside the airport is too much for them. Maybe they are elderly or going through cancer treatment.
My son was an athlete when we pushed him through so airports on the way to a regional competition, which he ended up winning. His doc said he should stay off the one foot COMPLETELY so he used crutches and in the airport we did use a wheelchair. He was very healthy but stayed off that foot.
I had surgery in another city and was told to use the airport wheelchair service, so I did. Yes, I got up afterward and walked to the Uber.
