I saw that. Q did not say some were a promise to counter and some were benign, and that was my point.
If you are trying to indicate that “our promise to counter” was intended for derpers, then that would make Mrs Pence a Derp. Hence, I think future additional info would be nice to determine for sure why Mrs. Pence got an envelope.
Maybe different types of promises, depending on which “side” the receivers were on. Maybe we’ll know more eventually.
