From the beginning, I have never thought that Melania would be a member of the Q team, and I still am firmly in that camp.
You on the other hand have a vast number of unidentified people who could be bequeathed as Q. Is it the vice president or another politician (I’m including Rudy here)? Is it any one of a number of military leaders? Is it any other member of the Trump family or even of his extended family? There might even be a chance Q is a former member of the ABC Agencies.
The odds aren’t even, but whoever it is voicing Q, Q is an American wonder; providing us hope here at home and around the world. Hopefully, we will soon be finding out who this Q is.

As I read Pence’s face and personality, temperament—I do not think he is suited to be on the Q team. Could be wrong. Just my impression.

I so agree with your assessment of Q.
I do find myself wondering, however, if it might not be in Q’s best interests to stay unknown.
It’s kinda like an impressionist painting. You leave essential “pieces” out of the final product. If every line is “solidly painted out and defined” there isn’t as much wiggle room for the viewer to, ummm, ‘enter in’, and make the painting his own.
I see Q as having left just enough wiggle room so we can all find a niche (or two) in understanding and learning and developing a different view of things. Answering the challenging questions. Willing to wait as we think and research.
(This is such an inadequate response... would this movement have gotten as much traction if we knew the identify of Q? It seems to me that part of the excitement is in finding things out - eventually - piece by piece “by ourselves”. Working together. Here a little, there a little. A new community has been built. Do you think it would work best for Q to be id’d? It would signify to me that a different part of the plan, as I now understand it, has begun.
If there is a coming stage where this reveal would be best, what would it mean? (Seriously...). What would be in the process of implementation? Perhaps it is already known. I surely would like to know what is next, if it has been hinted at / explained / whatever.
