AND because Flynn did not have a lawyer present at that “interview” probably his entire arrest/etc will be thrown out. (I read that, didn’t make it up out of my own noggin.)
Yeah, shouldn't the have read him his "Miranda rights"? You know, telling him that anything he said could and would be used against him?!
