I would not be surprised if the final price went way over 9,000 pounds. There seems to be a hot market for Victoria memorabilia.

In a limited way you are right. In general the market Victorian and all antiques is dead. Millenials do not want that stuff.

The exception is the Steam Punk influence and that shows up in a demand for Victorian clothing.

Steam Punk is a modern recall of the invention, exploration, discovery and optimism of the 19th century.

I like it.
