You specified “color laser printer”, right? You couldn’t pay me to waste time with any inkjet.

Interested too as my workhorse HP-5000 is becoming a problem. I don’t really need color but definitely can justify 11 by 17 for technical drawings and schematics.

I totally agree.

I had a Cannon that lasted until I tried to replace the ink cartridge. After that, the printhead would jam. I finally tossed.

Next, I bought a Lexmark inkjet. It didn't last 20 sheets before the printhead jammed. It had a 60 day warranty and jammed about 2 days after the warranty expired.

Next, I went with a Minolta b/w laser. Great little machine, except when Windows 7 came out. Minolta only updated the driver for the 32-bit Windows.

Next, in 2008, I bought the Xerox color laser and still use it here at home.
