Yes...I thought the signature area was hinkey, too. Her last name is “West”. I threw up another tab and found that out via Bing. I see no West or even a hint of a W going on.

Also, isn’t it standard procedure that the signee’s name be printed or typed complementing the signature? I don’t see this either.
