Not always. sometimes parents who go the attachment parenting route wind up with 2 year olds who are already effective bullies and are never dissuaded from it.

"Bullying is a learned behavior." Actually, no. Many species exert dominance over others of their kind. Kindness is a learned behavior. Go to the beach and paint a seagull with a splotch of paint. The other seagulls will torment it ruthlessly, pecking it, screeching at it. Where do you think the term "pecking order" comes from? Your statement is progressive pablum.

“Bullying is a learned behavior. “
That’s progressive talk so the kid can blame her behavior on someone else.

Bullying is not a learned behavior, it is the natural default behavior. It requires civilizing to train out of children.

The bullying may very well have been learned from other kids. And I don't think it's *always* learned, either. Sometimes it pops up in a bold child's heart to push another kid around.
I've seen that.

I disagree
Ive watched babies barely toddlers be very aggressive for what they want...like at 15 months
Im not of the innocent tabula rasa viewpoint
I think good behavior is learned
Same as any animal
This is an old division of viewpoint no?
Inherent or learned.
