Add to that a phantom holding call when the Steelers were about to put the game away in the 3rd quarter after a huge run. Gotta keep the millions of west coast viewers from turning off the game and protect those ratings revenues.
News flash: The refs have an impact on the outcome of every game - one of multiple reasons I pay no attention to the NFL anymore. Remember the NBA referee who was going to be investigated until he threatened to expose the corruption in ALL professional sports? Seems the case just went away.
