Something wrong with his program. Clemson had a MUCH EASIER schedule than ND.
Clemson cannot be blamed for the ACC being weak this season. FSU, Miami, Va Tech... all off this year.
At least Notre Dame had the courage to SCHEDULE Michigan, Stanford, Virginia Tech, Syracuse, Northwestern, Florida State, and Southern Cal, all very good programs. It is not Notre Dame’s fault that some of those schools had lackluster seasons. And there are still great athletes on most of those, too. At least they didn’t schedule the Citadel, or Georgia Southern, or Wofford. We all know who did.
Whoever decided the ACC was a top 5 power conference in football is crazy. They’re Clemson and a bunch of cupcakes. That Clemson has a cakewalk to the BCS every year is ridiculous. They belong in the SEC and if they were in the SEC, you can look for them to have 2 or 3 loses every year. So now they get to play the weakest team in the Final 4. I hope Notre Dame pounds them into their ground.
