I’ve been seeing the yellow safety jackets, and they seem connected to Q/protests or something, but somehow I’ve missed the origin of this and the specific meaning if any. Can someone enlighten me? Is this an EU phenomenon? Recent?
"...For three weeks, tens-of-thousands of French protesters have donned yellow vests and marched throughout Paris. While the "yellow vest" movement began on November 17 as a grassroots protest against president Emmanuel Macron's gas tax - levied in the name of climate change, it has morphed into a general rage against the French government in general at a time when Macron's approval rating is at an all time low...."
Yes. We saw them on the European people with Q shirt and posters in the twatter pics in Q's links
But we're doing orange vests in America. Texokie and I agree.

Re: yellow safety vests
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
France requires drivers to have a yellow safety vest in their car in the event there is car trouble or other hazard/incident that stops them mid route. They put on the vest for emergency response, flics to see them, keep them visible to avoid further catastrophe.
Gilets Jaunes
Also symbol of middle class French.
Notice I did not use the term citizen because they have all those immigrants and so don’t know le terme proper.
