I think Mark Taylor made that statement referring to Presidents - of the five former presidents, two will be taken, three will be shaken.

Friend believes two will lie in state, so taken - no opinion on the other three. (she’s a liberal by the way)

She believes from what she heard/saw it will be two Bush.
