Yorkshire pudding! I have an authentic Yorkshire pudding pan bought in Selfridges of London several years ago (for individual puddings). Nothing more savory or delicious than that damn pancake recipe with several drops of smoking beef drippings to make it puff up into ultimate bliss.

I think this is the recipe I like the best for popovers. They are huge, light and airy. I get asked to make them every Christmas.
