She also physically went after him. For all I know at this point she might have realized that if she got shoved around enough she could get a big payday out of it.
For his part he strongly shoved the woman (and others) down and then delivered the more push than kick with his foot pushing her over again. So he’s guilty but she is too.
“Drunk and disorderly” is a way of life for these people. They deserve each other.

There’a another video of her chat with police. She is not drunk or high. She was invited to a party, driven there by the thugs. Then when she told them she would not have sex with them they took her phone and thew her out of hotel room. She was trying to get her phone so she could call someone. No, she could not use a “pay phone” because no one knows their friends’ phone numbers anymore.
