The Beatles will be one of the most enduring bands - ever...My wife went out and bought the album (way before we met) and still has it, unopened...I doubt it has much real value though...

Always felt that the Beatles was just “pop” music of it’s day. Growing up, every radio station assaulted you with Beatles music day and night. Never listened to them again. Just wore me out on it.

If you have a *great* day in a used book store/antique shop, buy "All Together Now" and its sequel "The Beatles Again" by Wally Podrazik and Harry Castleman. It explains the differences between the UK and US record industries re Beatle packaging in greater detail.
