The government likes to hand out numbers of cases settled but they don’t give out the # of cases filed - a positive result for a defendant in a claim filed doesn’t MEAN there wasn’t damage but that’s the way the government plays with figures!

Well, not that soon but I finally did find a case with a girl named Holly and it could be the one I was thinking of but it really doesn’t seem like the last name or the case I recall. Well, I found it so I can shut down the computer and go to bed now anyway...
