Years ago I worked in the shipping dep’t at a local business. Believe me... I wrapped breakables in bubble wrap and then wrapped again. Then, I put it in a small box and that box in a bigger box with bubble wrap. I only had one complaint in the 6 years I worked there. That was because the UPS driver ran over the box. LOL
Hmmmm—Kohl’s has some ‘splainin’ to do——dreadful service.
I have only shopped there once-—on line,and they refused my credit card. I immediately called and asked why-—they couldn’t tell me,just said it was rejected. I gave them another CC # and that went through fine.
I then called the original CC company and they said all was fine,that occasionally a merchant’s software would have a glitch in it.
That was it for me and Kohl’s.
