Trump gave the middle finger to this incestuous child of a mating between Hollyweird and DC last year. I a sure he will be a no show again. According to Wikipedia this "award" was to bring the monarchical honoring of "artists" from Europe to what suppose to be the republican United States. Instead of a monarch giving a title to an "artist" the honoree receives a rainbow sash.
