We are horrified that a former teenage employee would conduct themselves in that way and make such a video of which we are investigating its authenticity, said Richard Stula, the president of Teddys Bigger Burgers.
The company initiated a complete sanitization and is replacing equipment and utensils at the fast-food restaurant after the video was shared with them several days ago, Stula said in the statement.
We will then send a corporate team in to inspect and complete a thorough audit of the location before it is allowed to re-open..."

Wel, heck, a couple Filipino groundskeepers were busted for catching some guy’s dog and eating it. Is not rat on a stick an appetizer for them as well?

seems the POS that did it should be charged with a felony since the cost of cleanup let alone loss of business should surely be in the tens of thousands of dollars

Back in the 70s there was a Philippine company marketing canned rat meat in North America under the label Star (rats spelled backwards) Meats.
Also saw a documentary on companies who paid farmers to round up rice paddy rats which are large and they then processed the meat for sale.
