In gold sequined outfits, 36 women took the New York City streets to perform a three-minute Christmas dance routine featuring high kicks, impeccable formation changes and precise dance moves. But an influx of fans online were unimpressed with the lineup from this year's Rockettes as some said the women lacked diversity in skin color.

That is precisely what it means, in a political context. I have taken to substituting “hate-whitey” where others say “diversity”.
The use of the word “racism” or “diversity” instantly labels the user as a dumbass.

This Nathan Salstone clown shows in his Twitter profile he’s reproducing more white children. How sorry of him because they will be using resources and taking up opportunities that could have gone to blacks. These white guilt clowns shouldn’t be allowed to breed.
Right, and I heard they do over 300 high kicks during each show. I saw their performance in Chicago many years ago and was very very impressed.
I remember when this nonsense started back in the 80s. The Rockettes were a very impressive dance group that consisted of 35 or so women who look more or less exactly alike. Height, weight, color, everything was similar, and that was the appeal. Had nothing to do with “racism” but simply a uniform look. In the 80s they added one token black due to the SJW outcry, and the whole lineup looks ridiculous as a result. Funny these busybodies never complain about all black groups lacking diversity. On the contrary, they are lauded for their identity as “black xxxx”. It is no longer a novelty. I have been hearing this stuff for more than 50 years. Enough is enough. Quit whining about color and get with program.

One of my mom’s friends was a Rockette in the 50s. The rockettes had a strict set of rules: Same height, same weight and same everything else (except hair color).
They strived for uniformity not diversity. All of their costumes were the same size even.
Only commies and socialists strive for diversity.

Sadly someone resembling him might be a member some day.
People have been complaining about the Rockettes being too white for decades now. You can find articles from the 80's and 90's with similar complaints. But the proportion of minority families who give a damn about the Rockettes or how many eye kicks their kids can do is pretty minuscule. It seems to be obsession exclusive to lower-mid working class white folks.
Being a Rockette isn’t as glamorous as it looks. They do as many as five shows a day and make about $40,000 a year.
True, but they don't do it for the money, its for the opportunities for social climbing it provides. Rockettes rub shoulders with many in the rich and famous set and have good opportunities to marry upwards.

What about diversity in body shape and physical abilities? They need some fat ones and some uncoordinated ones too. That’ll be attractive.
