I didn’t realize the Honey Badger is the only about the size of a house cat. I thought it was larger.

Up to 35 pounds. If a squirrel got that big, it’d be a nightmare, when angered.

The ones around here are the size of a Large house cat.

They all have a nasty disposition. Don’t mess with them. They love to eat snakes, we have plenty of snakes here. Rattle snake poison has no affect on them. The top of their body is covered with very tough thick hide. They won’t bother you unless you mess with them.

My brother raised one from shortly after it was born. Friends ran over a family of badgers with a swather, killing the momma. They gave the young badger to my brother, she thought she belonged to my brother. She would dance and run around his feet and she loved my mother.

I have video’s of BB, “Bentley’s Badger”. My brother’s nickname is Bentley.

She disappeared one day, never to be seen again.
