He’s a big dude. Note this came from his wife’s Twitter account. My guess is this was a mistake. If it is it will be taken down quickly but too late, it’s already being spread far and wide. If not it was deliberate.

Tom Arnold is a big guy - no doubt, but is is HEAD that much bigger? I’m certainly no expert!
