Well I was just asking if he would be un-recused, so to speak if he were reelected... Like a total do-over. I wouldn't have thought so, but I just didn't know.

LOL! thanks for the clarification of the question! I think that “recusal” has only to do with the stepping aside of being involved in certain areas of concern in the exercise of his office as AG. Once he has resigned that office, my thought is that he no longer has the authority to exercise, and therefore has no need to “be recused” from the exercise of the AG power; he no longer has that power.

But that is just my thought off the top of my head. If there are others more knowledgable, I do hope they will do a better job than I have done!
