If you right click, open the image in another tab, and repeatedly hit CTRL-+ to enlarge the image, I think you'll see that Alice's right knee supports her pet kitten, Dinah.
Thanks for telling me it is cat Dinah, and not requiring me to try to make the thing bigger....but thanks for the instructions on how to do so!
