From what little I know regarding the background of Trump and Obama, it certainly makes sense that Obama would be the one with issues related to his parentage his mother may have abandoned him somewhat his father certainly did. My understanding is that Trump was OK with both his parents.
Of course Obama did not name Trump in this speech so really it was hatred aimed at all of us. He might as well say we have bad hair.

He isn’t “shrouded” with hate. It has consumed him in its flames. The hate is clear to the core of that man. He is so filled with hate and rage it flows out of his pores nonstop all day and night.

A democrat once told me when you want to take someone down you attack them in the places they feel pride. President Trump loves his family - his parents AND his children. So that’s where democrats will attack him.
If Obama is this venomous and this catty just two years after leaving office, he will become far worse before much longer.
In fact Obama may become so well known for spreading negative rhetoric, that his value as an “Elder Statesman” begins to decrease.
Even ex-Pres.Buttinski-Jimmy Carter knew better than to keep hammering away at the current president over a sustained period. Obama is quickly becoming a sideshow on the same level as late night talkers who pretend to be funny.

What does matter is addressing what manipulative techniques Obama is using to topple the current presidency

Shows how much they care for the people. I’ll never forget Bush last year in office he raised gas prices to the highest in US history and I was almost wiped out all so him and his criminal pals could cash in and then he pals around with Obama and bashes Trump.
