White House officials sent Acosta a letter stating they made a "preliminary decision" to suspend his pass after 14 days.
The White House will suspend CNN reporter Jim Acosta again, according to a report by CNNs Brian Stelter.
If you thought the Trump administration would seek to settle CNN and Jim Acostas lawsuit out of court think again.
After CNN won a temporary restraining order on Friday, forcing the White House to restore his press pass for 14 days, White House officials sent Acosta a letter stating that his pass is set to be suspended again once the restraining order expires.
From the looks of the letter, the W.H. is trying to establish a paper trail that will empower the administration to boot Acosta again at the end of the month.

I was in traffic court in Maryville, TN. Judge had a spittoon.
POTUS Trump just bitch slapped the whiney little prick again! I love it!
as long as he is there, he wins,
OK. I see. I just saw the new story. about dropping the pass revocation. They’re better off just ignoring him anyway.
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And no passing notes that say “I like you. Do you like me”?
BTW I didn't mean to imply in the prior post that you implied that we "won". I was just speaking generally.
Got it.
You mean “like like?”
This press corps
gets the “Acosta” treatment.
Recess may be cut by 30 minutes.
YES!
NO, we’re not tired of winning yet.
From Robert Sherill's WaPo’s public obituary in 2014:
Mr. Sherrill had a brief stint as a political writer for the Miami Herald. He was proud of articles that exposed racial injustice in executions. But the job foundered after he came to blows with an aide to Florida Gov. C. Farris Bryant while aboard a Johnson campaign train in 1964.
There wasnt much to it, I dont think, Mr. Sherrill told the Atlanta Weekly decades later. I may have messed up a guys jaw, but it wasnt a big deal. (The incident was later used by the Secret Service to deny him a White House press pass for years.)
Winning! More please.
JoMa
More please, indeed.
More please, indeed.
Just wait until the Acting AG Matthew Whitaker takes the reins. I believe the gloves are coming off soon. And the ComDems will live to regret openly stealing some of the November elections by voter fraud.
Top of the Iceberg.
I hope the rumors about many sealed indictments it true.
